Museum of a new kind in collaboration with UNESCO on the technical aspect, it is in its business model construction that Avesta Group is consulted in 2014 and 2016. All the actions implemented aims at developing the financial capacities of the Museum, especially during operation.

 

An Initiative for Egyptian Culture and History

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is the first museum devoted to Egyptian civilisation. It is the only museum in Egypt to present the full range of the richness and diversity of Egyptian civilisation throughout the ages.

 

A Cooperation Between the Egyptian Government and UNESCO

NMEC is a project directed by the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt with the technical support from UNESCO. It is considered one of the most critical projects that are under construction in Egypt. The development of the building was entrusted to the Egyptian architect Dr El Ghazzali Kosseiba and the Japanese interior designer Arata Isozaki.
