In 2013, Avesta Group took part, as cultural planner, in the elaboration of a vast international financial centre in Moscow.

The Creation of an International Financial Centre in Moscow

The International Financial Center in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye is a 460 hA mixed-use development project located in “New Moscow” in the Zakharkovskaya floodplain of the Moskva River, five kilometres from the outer Moscow Ring Road.
The IFC will, in time, become both the hub of the Russian financial system and a leading cogwheel in the global interaction between investors and organisations seeking investment. The IFC aims to enable the creation of a high-tech and globally-competitive financial market in Russia.

Cultural Planning for International Financial Center in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye

The project involves the construction of offices, housing and hotels, as well as commercial, cultural and social infrastructure. The decision to locate the International Financial Center in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye was made on April 9, 2013, at a meeting of the government working group for the placement of the IFC infrastructure led by First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov.
